A Gateshead accounting firm are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper, qualified by experience or with AAT Level 4 to support with their growing portfolio of new clients.

Joining a well established team where a large majority of staff have over 10 years service you will be working with small owner managed businesses both in the local area and across the UK.

Support will include the following:

Completion of invoice processing, reconciliations and banking.
Quarterly VAT returns
Preparation of management reports
Software support to clients on Xero, Sage, Quickbooks and similar
Scope to gain involvement in year end accounts

Work can be carried out with a mix of office, clients site and home.

Complete flexibility is available on hours, you do not need to be restricted with a particular work pattern which may be appealing to many.

We welcome UK experience from either industry of public practice and applicants must have an outgoing and friendly personality as you will be interacting with clients daily on behalf of the firm.
