We are assisting a company with a great legacy and foundation, who are now ready to appoint someone who will join with the view of becoming Finance Director.

Working within a business that has achieved great levels of success in their industry, startingfrom Family run origins, to servicing businesses far and wide, including multi-national corporates.

The company has enjoyed incremental growth over a period of 50 years, adding acquisitions and new product lines in recent years.


If you are a hands on finance leader who is ready to work as part of lean Board, partner with a Managing Director on building efficiencies and have the vision to ensure that Finance is future proofed for the road ahead, then this could be an exciting rolefor you.


This business specialises in Engineering and Manufacturing, therefore experience of the industry is essential and the ability capably manage stock, WIP and costing issues is imperative.

You will have an excellent number to who will oversee day to day finance,however the industry insight is essential for Team and customer management responsibilities.


As leader of finance you will ensure that the leadership team is empowered with the appropriate level of financial insight.

Working with Management members to deliver full budgets and forecasts and challenge the management team when required.

After beingappointed full statutory Director alongside the Chairman and Managing Director, you will be instrumental in developing strategy for the business.
