Work pattern:
Monday-Friday

Role and Responsibilities

Encouraging and directing the workforce to work efficiently in the warehouse while providing training and feedback as needed.
A handson approach to picking and packing luxurious goods in preparation for distribution.
Creatively think of projects that will benefit the team and help improve functions within the Warehouse.
Effectively assist with ensuring goods are safely loaded and unloaded into the appropriate vehicle.
Ensure Health and Safety procedures are implemented within the site.

Experienced Required

Track record of working in a fastpaced high volume warehouse environment ideally within a FMCG background
Strong people management skills with previous experience in leading a team are a must.
Ambitious & conscientious individual who enjoys working in high growth and innovative environment.
Excellent communicational skills and must have an upbeat personality.
Understanding of Health and Safety regulations within a Warehouse
