Are you a dynamic, motivated, assertive and skilled senior Administrator looking for a challenge? We are recruiting a Band 5 Lead Administrator post to support the Consultants, Operational Team Lead and staff in the Isle of Dogs Neighbourhood Mental Health Team.

You will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the Community Mental Health Team with

Day to day management of admin staff and functions within the team, Key performance Indicators (NHS and Local Authority)

Clinical Governance practices and processes

Quality improvement initiatives


The post holder will manage and monitor the service area performance objectives and targets for the service; and establish effective performance management systems and schedules in relation to both clinical and non-clinical activity.

You will be expected to lead on initiatives such as auditing, rostering, monitoring sickness and absence and developing reports.


You will manage the administration staff within this service area and provide day to day lead operational management and coordination of administration services to meet the needs of the service area.

The role requires an in-depth knowledge and experience of RIO and Reporting Services and how this relates to the teams Key Performance Targets.

You will be dealing with people at all levels (internal and external), developing teamwork and meeting tight deadlines.


With excellent IT knowledge and a comprehensive knowledge of office systems you will become involved in the ongoing development of this innovative service.
