Are you interested in a career working in insurance? NFU Mutual's Agency in Stranraer is recruiting for a full time Customer Service Adviser to join our growing and successful team

**The Role: - Handle general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals, with a focus on personal products such as home and car insurance

Pro-Actively establish new sales opportunities
Introduce NFU Mutual Financial Services to new and existing customers.
Assist with day to day office administration processes.

What we're looking for:

Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual
Someone who shows initiative and has a "can do" attitude
Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable however; insurance experience is not essential.
