Description

We are on the lookout for a chef with some good experience to work alongside the head chef and owner to recreate their vision in an heritage London building.

You must be comfortable being on the open grill and bbq sections.


Details:

  • Wednesday to Sunday 210pm (plus 1 prep day)
- £16 per hour

  • Brand new kitchen space


We're recruiting for Esti - a Greek inspired restaurant developed through extensive world travels, and an Australian upbringing in a traditional Greek family.

It also evolved from, The 3 little pigs souvlaki, a staple in the London Street food, festival and private party scene.

With an open fire grill. Whole beast rotisserie and feasting plates, the pop-up restaurant is open at TT Liquor in Shoreditch.
