What You'll Be Doing/ What we are looking for
When working as a
HR Business Partnerthere will be multiple lines of work and qualities, we are looking for inducing:
- Develop meaningful relationships with senior leaders across the business
- Support employees to reach their maximum potential through professional development and action plans
- Use data, metrics, and other HR Business partner skills to identify ways to increase engagement
- Demonstrate your experience of ER issues and demonstrate your knowledge of it including complex ER issues including TUPE, Mergers, acquisitions, and international ER activity
- Support and mentor junior members of staff members of the team and help drive improvements, developments and successes of strategy and agenda
- Continuously look for improvements in areas such at talent, performance, engagement, retention, learning and development, culture and organisation, design, and development
- Someone who recognises the importance of understanding the business, its plans, direction, and various objectives meaning you can identify any challenges
Required Skills and Experience:
- Programme and project management skills
- Previous experience leading, developing and delivering significant HR initiatives
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience (ideally business partnering)
- Passionate about your work, aiming to make striving improvements
- Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
- The ability to successfully work in a team
- Excellent communication and an eye for detail
