This position is working with a highly desirable and reputable banking HQ in central Bristol. There could be future potential following the temporary assignment of 3-4 months.

Hybrid working - 1-2 days in the office per week and 3-4 days working from home


The role involves:


Assist in administrative tasks related to the product management of the Retail banking products, and support in content management the communications to customers.


  • Assist with Production of MI / Reporting, pulling data together and updating spreadsheets etc.
  • Reviewing, updating and drafting of documentation and processes
- with supervision overseeing and coordinating customer comms / changes to products / rates etc.

Provide support with internal and regulatory reporting as required.

Document new processes as necessary and review and update existing processes

Skills we're looking for

  • Experience in undertaking administrative, operational, MI / Reporting
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and an ability to manage own schedule to meet competing demands to meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills particularly Excel, Word, PPT
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Hours 37.5 per week
  • Mon-Fri Hybrid.
