Our well established business is growing and we are looking for a maintenance Property Co - Ordinator to join our new head office in Wilmslow You will be working in our newly established Property Management team in our vibrant modern office, which provides an enjoyable and exciting working environment.


Role Summary
Typical tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with branch contacts to ensure all contractual elements are delivered
  • Responding to all reactive maintenance
  • Processing property inspections and arranging pro active maintenance
  • Facilitating end of lease and managing tenants deposits
  • Liaising with dedicated property manager to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard
  • Maintaining accurate file notes
  • Reporting direct to Operations manager

We are keen to find someone who:

  • Is passionate about the property industry and are keen to join a successful and growing business
  • Previous industry experience is essential
  • Management experience desirable
  • Experience working in a Property Management department within a busy office desirable
  • Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
  • Is articulate with strong negotiating skills

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

  • Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
