Casual Food & Beverage Waitperson

Position Scope:

To assist in the service of a high-quality food & beverage product to customers. To assist in the development of Food & Beverage products and Services across the resort. To answer guests' requests and resolve guests' problems. Hours available as and when required. Variety of shift patterns available, flexible to suit your needs.

Your top five priorities in the role will be:

To project a pleasant, positive and professional image at all times.
To adhere to all company policies and procedures
To manage the needs and expectations of all guests.
To ensure timely delivery of all guests' orders.
To ensure a thorough knowledge of all products both food and beverage within your department.

Qualification Standards

Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Ability to communicate freely in the local language
Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Good attention to detail and accuracy
A team player, contributing positively to team performance
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest
Previous, similar experience in 5 Star environment is required
