Are you a strong team player with InDesign or Canva experience? Do you have the ability to create insight-driven content to engage target audiences? If so, this Marketing & Sales Co-Ordinator role could be the one for you


Icosa Water has a rare opportunity for a Maternity Cover Marketing & Sales Co-Ordinator to join the team You will be responsible for ensuring that our digital and print communication fit within the brand guidelines as well as the overall management of the company website.

We are looking for a creative self-starter who can help the company maintain and progress the company's online presence.


You will also be required to assist the Business Development team in prospecting potential new customer and liaising and maintaining existing relationships.

You will be joining a collaborative and supportive organisation that develops individuals to meet their full potential.


Role Responsibilities

Marketing -

  • Create content in line with company brand guidelines for our website, social media channels and marketing collateral.
  • Maintaining online presence on the website and social media channels.
  • Utilise google analytics and insights to produce reports.
  • Planning, creating and schedule content for appropriate channels (website, social media and marketing collateral).
  • Liaising with designers and printers for print based literature.
  • Plan, arrange and schedule company events when required.
  • Work across the company to gather case study content including site visits, writing stories for approval and gathering videos/photographs/ graphics.

Administrative -

  • Management and data input of Icosa Customer Database / Systems.
  • Assisting marketing team with production of case studies and news stories.
  • General administration duties to support the business development team.
  • Compiling monthly activity reports.

Business Development -

  • Production of technical and commercial offerings to clients.
  • Use of company database and lead generation software.
  • Generation of company eshots.
  • Attendance of company business development events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development team by prospecting.

About you

  • Experience using Buffer to schedule social media content.
  • Experience with InDesign or Canva.
  • Experience with website management (preferably in WordPress).
  • Creative and comfortable proofreading, reviewing and editing
  • Ability to create insightdriven content to engage target audiences.
  • Must be IT literate in all Microsoft Office software.
  • Able to integrate well within the team personable, presentable and articulate
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Strong team player
