Site Reliability Engineer
London, Bristol OR Manchester (1-2 days per week in the office)

Day rates:
£ per day

12 months
INSIDE IR35


Concept Resourcing are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join a Central Government client based in London/Bristol OR Manchester.

This is an initial 12 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £ per day, depending on experience.

  • Have extensive experience of using AWS
  • Are experienced with infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Have experience working with container schedulers such as Kubernetes and ECS
  • Understand software design principles
  • Are familiar with at least one programming language such as Ruby, Java, Python, , Go
  • Have strong Git skills and experience of working with GitHub
  • Take a systematic approach to solving problems
  • Use automated testing to validate solutions
  • Are familiar with working in agile environments
  • Are familiar with web security
  • Understand network protocols, eg HTTPS, TLS etc
  • Have familiarity with working practices such as test driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery
  • Hold SC clearance
