Document Controller Responsibilities:


  • Managing company and project documentation
  • Implementing and enhancing document control procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with formal requirements and industry standards for all documentation
  • Categorizing, archiving, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
  • Generating progress reports for senior management based on documents
  • Performing routine reviews and audits of documents
  • Coordinating the distribution of documents internally
  • Timely sharing of documents to facilitate project completion

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Proficient Administrator with keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
