Document Controller Responsibilities:
- Managing company and project documentation
- Implementing and enhancing document control procedures
- Ensuring compliance with formal requirements and industry standards for all documentation
- Categorizing, archiving, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
- Generating progress reports for senior management based on documents
- Performing routine reviews and audits of documents
- Coordinating the distribution of documents internally
- Timely sharing of documents to facilitate project completion
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficient Administrator with keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Collaborative team player with a dedication to enhancing business value
