Immediate start role for a Marketing Administrator

Work for a law firm in London

About Our Client:

As the Marketing Administrator, you will work for a huge global law firm who work on exciting business cases, including aerospace, shipping and insurance.

They will be an excellent name to have on your CV and are highly prestigious within the professional services world.

As the Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for: Website administration - leaversRemoval of employees from website who were not moved correctly, 1,200 page amends required.

We have the completed list in an excel document, they'll need to work their way through it line by line.

Semi technical (the CMS is tricky to use). Website log in will be required and full training and guidance will be given.

InterAction administration - leaversReviewing leavers data to ensure we have accurate records and contact information for leavers for our alumni programme.

Where relevant, updating contact records in InterAction based on online research. InterAction license will be required. Full training and guidance will be given.

What will the individual be required to do on a daily basis?

Working with large data sets, work systematically through a spreadsheet with 1,200 records line by line to make page edits, remove biography website pages and remove staff contact cards from pages.

Working through a spreadsheet of leavers with 400 records line by line, using online research to inform, review, update, add and remove contact records in CRM system.
