To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in custom research and whilst there will be some delivery elements to the role the focus of the position will be:

  • Drive new business
  • They have a sales team in place so the focus will be pitching, proposal writing, responding to in-bound RFQ's. Understanding the client's needs and translating that into what is required to win the business


  • Lead client relationships

  • Lead and develop both existing and new relationships.


  • Thought Leadership

  • Evidence of a clear POV to support/generate thought leadership and content creation. Experience presenting at events, conferences or via webinars would be ideal

The Person:


This is a high profile role in which you will be able to demonstrate that you can lead important client accounts.

You will need to be passionate about maintaining consultancy-driven, transparent client relationships with senior stakeholders whilst championing their business needs and ensuring the delivery of high quality and progressive solutions at all times.

A strong background in delivering strategic story led presentations and driving real actionable insight for clients goes to the heart of this role.


  • Experience with designing, managing and delivering largescale adhoc consumer insight programs
  • POV on how to translate insight into strategic and meaningful action
  • Commercially minded show how the research will be used by the client to meet business goals
  • Business development skills, including understanding/translating client needs, designing approaches and proposal writing. Identify growth opportunities by collaborating with Client Solutions and Sales teams across the business.
