As a Partnerships Executive in our media agency, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects, from TV sponsorships to virtual reality experiences, influencer collaborations to experiential activations, and everything in between.

Whether you're new to agency life or new to partnerships, this role gives you the opportunity to learn how a partnerships team works through training, mentorship and collaboration.

You'll quickly be overseeing small projects from beginning to end.


About the Role

Day-to-day typical tasks:

  • Project manage partnerships through to successful completion.
  • Continuously look for inspiration and learning to inject new ideas into your work and the department.
  • Push the boundaries of creativity and deliver amazing work for clients.
  • Collaborate with partners to create the best solutions across culture, media, and tech.
  • Brainstorm partnership ideas for clients proactively and in response to specific briefs.
  • Collaborate with the wider agency to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Observe and learn how to obtain maximum value in all media negotiations.
  • Support the creation of branded content and sponsorship campaigns.
  • Support in client meetings on all thing's operations: timelines/processes etc.
  • Develop close relationships with the key clients (e.g. Vinted), colleagues at other agencies (e.g. PR / Creative) and media partners (e.g. ITV)
  • Assist in the production of presentation decks and pitches for clients.
  • Enter media bookings and fee invoices on the system in a timely manner.
  • Be responsible for the financial administration success of each account; financial reconciliation and billing.
  • Utilize and lead the use of various tools (TGI/Mintel/Contagious/Campaign/Prisma) to analyse and interpret data and inspiration to inform ideas.
  • Be responsible for the initiating sharing and circulating of inspirational content and ideas throughout the team and agency.
  • Collect, format and interpret data relating to clients such as competitive activity.
