is currently looking for dedicated complex care workers to join our team and support a fantastic young gentleman on a 2:1 basis in Winchester.

The young gentleman lives within his family home and requires support with aspects of daily living from Monday - Sunday.

The young gentleman has communication difficulties and therefore exhibits his needs and wants through his general presentation and behaviour.

Request Services has successfully supported the young gentleman to be re-integrated back into college two days per week and will be looking to further attend for an additional day in the near future.

Request Services want to support the young gentleman to continue to reach his full potential and ensure he has the best quality of life.

• Be caring and compassionate.
• Be enthusiastic and have the ability engage with games, play and toys.
• Ensure that the needs of the young person are being met and reviewing and recording changes to those needs.
• Experience of supporting a vulnerable young person within a similar environment.
• Will be compassionate, resilient, committed to being a positive role model and confident in managing challenging behaviours. Full Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI training) will be given.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
