Well-established independent agency are looking for a hungry and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful and growing team in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

This is a fantastic brand to work for and a great opportunity for negotiators looking to further their career and progress within the property sector.


The Essentials:

  • Basic up to £22k + Generous commission
  • OTE £60k +
  • Fantastic Commission Package and Bonuses
  • Car Allowance

Ideally you will Be:

  • Local to Kensington, Notting Hill or Chelsea (West London)
  • Have at least 12 months experience working in residential lettings.
  • Cando attitude
  • Willingness to progress
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and hungry
  • KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets
  • Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants
  • Articulate, confident and intelligent
  • Smart, wellpresented and professional in appearance and manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Not afraid of hard work
  • Full, clean UK driving license
