We are searching for
An exceptional and ambitious
Linen Porter to join our team at Chateau Denmark.

Back of house takes centre stage along a street filled with iconic architecture,
Linen Porters are the foundation of four guest-facing departments, working in perfect harmony to connect and prepare for the moments that make the experience.

As a
Linen Porter we look for you to possess a natural curiosity, desire to, passionately present and maintain our fantastic lifestyle products in the most elegant and flowless conditions.

Possessing the ability to multi-task aligned with a fierce desire to develop, you will be absorbing knowledge on an ongoing basis from your workplace, the wider Outernet district and the community.

As a highly valued team member you'll be an essential part of the guest experience, helping define and maintain the Chateau Keeping standards.

Bringing an unparalleled level of service you'll work closely with colleagues embodying a no half measures attitude.

Your profile

Passionate for delivering excellent housekeeping experience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Organised and proactive in managing tasks.
Exceptional team player, and have an excellent communication skills.

Your role

Stock management.
Assisting with maintaining the cleaning standards of session rooms, apartments and public areas.
Collection and delivery of linen, towels and other amenities.
Spot cleaning carpets, furniture and curtains.
Organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the linen storage.
Delivering all necessary equipment and amenities up on enquiry.
This role will involve lifting heavy loads, walking up and down the stairs and moving loaded trollies.
