  • Bristol, Bristol, South West, EnglandOur client are looking to appoint a Senior Asset Optimisation Consultant to strengthen its growing Asset Optimisation team focusing on critical national infrastructure. As Senior Asset Optimisation Consultant you will work collaboratively with clients, the Technical Services team and Business Analytics team to deliver high quality Asset Optimisation advice and consultancy to Defence, Nuclear, Energy, Water and Rail clients to support strategic and operational decision making to improve asset performance.

If you have some of the following experience, we want to speak to you:

  • Identification and delivery of operational improvement activities for complex assets or asset portfolios
  • Process optimisation and associated analytical techniques
  • Business case development and development of decision support tools/techniques
  • Strategic asset management advice including gap analysis and improvement plans against ISO55001 / business process engineering, business plan development.
  • Asset investment planning, both longterm: including development of riskbased decisionmaking tools and methodologies, and prioritisation; and shortterm: turning business plans into reality and delivering outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

You will be joining a small and expanding team.

Your priorities will be to bring your client understanding and engagement skills to seek out, develop, land, and deliver asset optimisation opportunities, either directly from your existing client contacts or in collaboration with your colleagues.


What you'll need to be/have:


  • Demonstrable experience of working within a multidiscipline team with an understanding of other disciplines' constraints and requirements
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships with customers, identifying and developing opportunities and managing these through to new work.
  • Willingness to work in professional collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Interested in both leading and delivering work.
  • Capable of selling both internally and externally.

Desirable:


  • HNC/HND/Degree level in an Engineering or related discipline or demonstrable relevant practical and theoretical Asset Management experience.
  • IAM qualifications.
  • Membership of an appropriate professional body.
  • Chartered Engineer, registered asset management Professional or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in wider markets, with experience of consultancy selling to external clients.
Senior Asset Management Consultant

Salary - £55k - £70k DOE plus Exceptional Benefits,

Location -Bristol, Cheltenham, London, Manachester (Home Working/Flexible Working will be offered)
