Overview

Our client is a successful mid-sized accountancy practice, based across the UK.

Due to their current growth plans, they are looking for a full-time Accounts Senior to support their senior team with a range of accounting services, while also supporting theinternal team.

About the role

This role would suit a diligent and professional individual, looking to take a more senior role.

Reporting to the Senior Managers, the Accounts Senior will provide valuable support with accounting work, client-facing services and helping to develop juniorstaff.


Key aspects of the role include:

  • Preparing accounts for a varied client base;
  • Maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting function, whilst providing a high standard of professionalism, along with quality of service to clients;
  • Developing good working relationships with new and existing clients;
  • Supervising and training junior members of staff;
  • Undertaking adhoc duties when required.
The ideal person

The position would suit an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, keen to progress in their role.

The person should be motivated to work independently in a role with tight deadlines and able to produce high-quality and accurate work.
