What you'll be responsible for:


  • The post holder will be expected to provide effective and efficient technical and analytic support to the E-Commerce Compliance Manager & E-Commerce Manager the use of the electronic Purchase Order and Financial systems, designated by the Trust.
  • The post holder will be responsible for the creation, and management of a portfolio of electronic supplier catalogues. Instrumental to the role is the ability to identify, extract and manipulate data as identified by the E-Commerce Team Leader.
  • The post holder will be responsible for the management on a daily basis of their personal work load, reporting any potential problems, to the E-Commerce Compliance Manager.

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
  • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following skills/experience:


  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in and office/team environment.
  • Previous experience of customer facing roles or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages including word, excel and PowerPoint.
  • System knowledge of GHX Nexus / Exchange and Integra platforms. (Desirable)
