No1 Victoria Terrace Dental Clinic is independently owned and operated. Our little clinic is well run, civilised and we have a growing list of lovely patients. Our practice principal has a history of successfully mentoring dentists to join the NHS performers list and we operate an open door policy. We believe work should be a happy productive place for all the team. We have a transparent fee and pay structure. Remuneration is based on 50% of private earnings and UDAs are paid at £14 per UDA. Therapy fees are subsidised and lab fees are set at 50%. You will always be paid on time and we have no bad debt.

Job Overview:

Following the relocation of our lovely associate we are seeking a friendly, skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our small team providing routine dental care on our "Complete Smile" scheme (an independent equivalent to the NHS with preferable terms of remuneration) and privately. We do also have a small NHS contract. We work as a team and our Therapists provide care within their full scope of practice including exams and on referral.

The position would suit someone perhaps looking for :

• a non-target driven role away from the NHS but still providing a similar type of care
• a role where they can build on their skill set to provide more complex treatments over time including orthodontics, perio, implants, smile enhancements and facial aesthetics

This is a part time position with Friday being offered initially. We do have some Saturday morning availability in addition.

Requirements :

• GDC registered qualified dentist with permission to work in the UK
• Experience of working as a dentist in the UK (at least 1 year)
• Good references
• NHS performer number
• Flexible start date for the right candidate, immediate start and staged start also available

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or equivalent
• GDC registration and valid license to practice
• Excellent patient care skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in a mixed Private/NHS setting

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £2,000.00-£6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 – 9 per week
