Sterling Recruitment are currently recruiting

a number of TIG Welders for our Client based in the County Durham area.

The role will start on dayshift for induction and training before moving onto a 2-shift rotation


The work will range from day to day and you will use many different material types and thicknesses ranging from 0.9m - 5mm mild steel, 1mm - 10mm aluminium & 1mm - 3mm stainless steel.

The role will predominately involve working with stainless steel.

Must be comfortable reading and interpreting weld symbols.

Must be able to work free hand as well as using jigs and fixtures.

Salary:
£12.75-£15.30 per hour
