Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize the day-to-day operations of the Unit and Pre-operative Assessment clinic. Your job will be to provide clerical support to the staffs and clinicians and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

Day surgery services and main theatre services are now managed by one team. The service has two sites delivering care at Basildon and Orsett Hospitals.

Day Unit and Pre-operative assessment opens Monday to Friday, no weekends and Bank holidays.

Promote a friendly, welcoming and informative environment for patients and guests to the department.


Act as a liaison point for all patients, visitors and any other guest coming into the day units and pre assessment clinic.

The role will require excellent communication and strong organisational skills to keep the workspace and office in order
