There is a joining bonus, for those who join on 9 January and complete their 6 months' probation of £500

You will be working Monday to Friday a 37.5hour week either 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6 on a rota.


Your duties will include:


  • Recording, processing and settling customers insurance claims and maintaining customer details and files
  • To be responsible for ensuring the settlements fully reflect the level of damages incurred
  • To be aware of any potential fraud that may be being committed
  • Ensure liability is agreed within existing case law and accident circumstances
  • Effectively negotiating with customers, suppliers all relevant third party representatives
  • Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Values and guidelines and other relevant standards/ regulations at all times, in line with training given
  • To carry out duties, activities and tasks as directed within the Claims and Fraud teams to ensure all departments perform effectively and efficiently
  • Any other reasonable duties
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic
  • An organised and proactive approach
The salary levels are between £19,253 and £25,700 and these are decided dependent upon experience.
