Pay £14 per hour. Permanent salary £21,500 - £25,300

You'll be confirmed permanent after 3 months of temping if all goes well.

This Primary School is looking for a Maintenance & Security Technician to join a well-established site team who work together to ensure that school buildings and school estate are maintained to a high standard and remain secure at all times.

This is a variedrole where you will work with the team to ensure that the school estate is kept safe, tidy and to a good level of aesthetic standard.

The role involves supporting the site management team.

This is an all-year, full-time role which includes some out of hours work.

You will be part of the site controller scheme which requires you to be available for up to 30 hours overtime per month, occasionally including weekends in order for essential maintenance work to be carried out.

A strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining standards, an eye for detail and a proactive approach are essential.
