We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrator to support our Financial Planners, and contribute to our mission of providing superior financial advice and solutions.

The Role
Based in our Maidstone office, you will be a key member of our client-facing teams, providing administrative support to our financial planning advisers


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing meeting packs and documentation/reports for client meetings and annual client reviews.
  • Carrying out daytoday administrative functions, keeping data up to date on our internal CRM system.
  • Ensuring contact with clients and providers is maintained throughout any processing.
  • Completing electronic AML checks.
  • Managing the case documentation process including submission of required compliance documents.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking motivated individuals who are comfortable working in teams and taking the initiative


You should have:

  • A minimum of 12 months administration experience within Financial Services, ideally within a wealth management and/or financial planning business.
  • Experience with Client Management Systems.
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills, and high standards of literacy.
You will also be required to complete training on our internal client management and client asset custody systems.

If you're R01, FA1, FA2 Qualified, or looking to qualify, it will be an advantage.
