As part of our succession strategy and continued plans for expansion, we have identified a number of exciting opportunities for ambitious lawyers eager to progress their careers toward partnership, to join our Litigation team based in Ashford.

You should be well versed in managing a mixed caseload including the following:

- commercial/residential landlord and tenant disputes
- professional negligence
- debt recovery
- partnership disputes
- contentious probate etc.

You may be at the early stages of your career, looking to hone your skills, or further along the development pathway and eager to take on partnership or head of department responsibilities.
