Job Overview
The Human Capital team comprises about 20 professionals committed to attracting, developing, and retaining excellent colleagues across the firm.

In this role, you will take ownership for full life-cycle university recruitment, and work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to coordinate day-to-day operational processes that support the acquisition of top talent.

This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

  • Oversee university recruiting (fulltime and internship) for universities in the geography;
  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with external stakeholders (university personnel, careers centres);
  • Support reporting and operations. Create reports and analyse data to evaluate university recruiting efforts, providing datadriven insights on our investments. Proactively research, identify, and communicate market trends;
  • Understand and market CRA's unique value proposition as an employer, suggest and execute cultivation and brandbuilding events;
  • Coordinate logistics and participate in campusrelated events;
  • Coordinate internal recruitment activities for specific internal groups/practices, including customisation of interview schedules and recruiting teams;
  • Track all relevant recruiting data within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse);
  • Participate in broader TA projects and initiatives, contribute creative ideas, and provide process improvement suggestions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant fulltime work experience;
  • 24 years related work experience with university recruiting in a complex, fast paced and highvolume business (professional services preferred);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) desirable;
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting technologies (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Curious and analytic thinkers who bring creative approaches to nonstandard problems;
  • Effective written and oral communication skills;
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative, problem solving and leadership;
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities;
  • Excellent time management, task prioritisation, and detail orientation;
  • Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • Flexibility for evening events, occasional weekend work, and periodic overnight travel.
