_How does the Apprenticeship work?_

As an Apprentice, you will be employed, just like anyone else at the company, the difference is that you will be studying towards a qualification.


Any work that you are set within this session is then expected to be complete for the next month's session.

You will be given time each week to do this within your working day/week - so no homework This will all prepare you for your End Point Assessment (EPA) once you have completed all the learning required.

We are also a manufacturer-approved service centre and have an on-site service vehicle, with enables us to send our qualified engineers to any location anywhere in the UK.


The business was started in May 2009 and became part of the Citrus Group in 2014, we have grown considerably over the last 5 years and are looking to recruit team members who want to contribute to and be part of the continued growth.


_ About the Team:
_

The current vacancies are within the Administration team where we have an Administration Team Leader and four Administrators.


About the Role:


As a member of our Administration Team, you will play an active role in supporting both our sales team and our service/maintenance team.

You will be liaising with internal staff and customers to coordinate the smooth running of our Onsite Servicing function from booking to completion.

You will also be required to carry out tasks within the general administration team to offer additional support to the existing team when required.

The role is based at Citrus Group House, Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire.


And Day to Day?.


You will be Responsible for:


  • Preparing & sending workshop estimates
  • Processing sales orders
  • Raising delivery notes for completed jobs
  • Dealing with Customer Queries
  • Raising APC collections
  • Weekly scheduling with the workshop
  • Keeping the service inbox up to date
  • Liaising with suppliers and 3rd party suppliers
  • Scanning documentation
  • General administration duties as required to support the administration team

Skills & Experience Required:


  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written communications
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with fellow colleagues
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands on and customercentric approach
  • Selfmotivated and able to work on their own initiative, but can also take instruction
  • Strong time management skills along with the ability to be organised and plan and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to be responsive to a fastchanging environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Competent user of IT systems and software

Minimum Qualifications Required eg:


  • GCSE
  • English and Maths (Grade C or above)
