The Role:

End to end payroll preparation including calculations and review to ensure accuracy
Providing correct delivery of payroll output
Submission of RTI to HMRC and Pension Uploads to the pension provider
Understanding the tax treatment of pay components prior to set up
Adhoc payroll advice both internally and externally
Assist in the onboarding of new payroll clients and producing process documents
Ensure the compliance of all payrolls are accurate and up to date
Communications with HMRC and third parties dealing with relevant payroll queries
Year end process management to meet tight deadlines
Supporting the management team to ensure all projects are undertaken and completed on time

The Person:

Minimum of 3 years, end to end, payroll processing experience
Experience of working in a client facing environment
Experience of working in a payroll bureau environment
Excellent end to end payroll knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
Strong PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
