The Holiday Inn Wembley is offering the perfect place for guests to relax with colleagues, friends and family. The open-plan space introduced an all-day dining menu, a 24/7 coffee shop, free WiFi and board games.

As well as the Open Lobby, the Wembley Hotel has a selection of comfortable guest rooms and several function rooms suitable for hosting meetings, weddings and events.

The large Empire Suite has space for up to 700 guests, making it perfect for big weddings and conferences.

Located in the heart of Wembley, the 336-bed hotel is just a stone's throw away from the iconic Wembley Stadium and The SSE Arena.

It is also close to major tourist attractions including Windsor Castle, Legoland, Thorpe Park, Syon Park, Kew Gardens and the London Transport Museum Depot.

Furthermore, the hotel has excellent transport links close to key motorways and the London underground. In addition, Heathrow Airport is just a 30-minute taxi ride away.

The Night Receptionist role is a key member of the hotel team, often the first and last point of contact for all our hotel guests.

You will be totally guest-focused, ensuring we are creating memorable stays for all our guests, and consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

Role in our Family:


Within Reception, key to your role:

• To undertake Reception duties including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of residents
• Answering the telephone in a warm and friendly manner
• Ensure all guest complaints or issues are quickly resolved to maintain high quality customer service
• To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay
• Administer all routes of reservations to ensure that room bookings are made and recorded accurately
• To ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently
• To administer cash and floats in an accurate manner
• To clearly communicate with other departments to ensure mínimal impact on resident service.
• Conduct Night Audit procedure
