Key tasks and responsibilities include:


  • Editing short films to a high creative and technical standard reflecting the quality, accuracy and engagement aims of Twig
  • Collaborating with wider Imagine Learning teams in the US on product promotional assets
  • Working with the Marketing Producer to produce motion graphics and graphic representations of learning concepts and processes
  • Digesting and acting on film feedback from Marketing Producer, Director of Strategic Marketing and the Head of Film Production
  • Engaging with established workflows and taking responsibility for your individual projects
  • Understanding and adhering to technical and bestpractice requirements, when delivering to Post-Production
  • Sourcing and selecting footage, where appropriate adapting Twig's existing resources
  • Interrogating archive paperwork, and liaising with our archive and rights team to ensure archive is clearable
  • Raising risks to quality, schedule or budget
  • Working specifically with Producers to deliver the highest standard films, to time and budget
  • Tracking film progress, using systems and technology as required
  • Other production and marketing tasks as necessary

  • Thinking critically about what is being asked in a task, identify what is really needed and think through the consequences.
  • Communicating clearly, concisely, comprehensively and appropriately with relevant stakeholders. Make good judgments on who needs to know what and when and the tone of communication. Present the right amount of information in a way that is easily understood.
  • Articulating risks at a point when there is time to devise a solution. Risks could include issues that prevent Twig meeting deadlines or maintaining the quality of our output.
  • Actively contributing to the solutionfocused, collaborative culture of Twig Education, driving synergy and understanding between departments and teams.

Requirements:


  • A proven track record in creating video or digital productions
  • Knowledge of all Adobe Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with content management systems and processes
  • Understanding of marketing practices, social media trends and newest online content formats would also be beneficial
