Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school located in Thanet.

If you are interested to work in the Education sector and have a passion to nurture young pupils on their academicjourney, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you We do not require you to have any teaching specific qualification for the
Teaching Assistant position.

As a
Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to:

Offer support to individual students in small and large groups
Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure students are appropriately supported.
Prepare learning activities for individual's groups and for classes
Monitor individual and/or directed pupils and provide intervention when necessary
Assess, record and report on individual student's achievement, progress and development.
Maintain a safe and positive environment for all students
Create opportunities for all learner to reach their potential, irrespective of ability
Be an effective member of the school community, contributing to all aspects of support within school.
Must have right to work in the UK
Must meet GSL's safer recruitment background checks
Must be committed to safeguarding
Must be adaptable, enthusiastic and enjoy working with young people of all backgrounds
