ROLE:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator


You will help lead cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.

Partners with project team to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and maintained.


RESPONSIBILITY:


  • Serves as the secondor thirdlevel contact on current projects for client and Client Growth teams; ensure response to all inquiries within one business day.
  • Attends client meetings as needed; serve as a Subject Matter Expert regarding project processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables. Operational Excellence
  • Supervises multiple teams of Project Coordinators working on clientspecific projects.
  • Leads crossfunctional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  • Partners with project team to identify and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and maintained.
  • Conducts random audits of project details and supporting evidence on a regular basis to ensure accurate and timely invoices are generated by Project Coordination teams.
  • Partners with the client, Client Growth, and project teams to resolve identified project process issues.
  • Partners with Client Integration and Client Growth to ensure a smooth transition for new clients; attend preintegration and planning meetings as needed.
  • Assists with the escalation of new data item requests utilising the Master Data Management (MDM) process and guidelines as needed.
  • Maintains and utilises a longterm, holistic view of the business.
  • Communicates timely, relevant information to employees, as appropriate, so they understand company performance, business direction and initiatives, and how they contribute to and benefit from the Company's success.

  • Provides specific, objective feedback to direct reports through written performance reviews as part of the Global Performance Management program.
  • Creates strong and effective internal partnerships and collaborates across the Company; listens and values the opinions of others.
  • Is an effective team member; supports the team by pitching in at any level and effectively working across the organisation to meet the needs of the business.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Monitors and pursues upward and lateral growth opportunities to enhance expertise and drive career development.
  • Support the Client Growth teams by providing accurate information for inclusion in proposals as needed.
  • Supports Company's profitability efforts by ensuring own team focuses on the efficient, accurate and timely coordination of the assigned project activities.

EXPERIENCE:


  • Proven project coordination experience within a print, prepress, or graphics manufacturing environment.
  • Significant knowledge of company's products, solutions, and services.
  • Significant understanding of the market and business environment that affects the assigned clients.
  • Significant understanding of effective Premedia, Print Services, Photo Studio and/or Digital production, processes, roles, tools (digital and conventional) and workflow practices and trends.
  • Significant understanding of the assigned clients' products and services.
  • Significant knowledge of Premedia and/or Creative Services and solutions.
  • Significant presentation and communication skills (written, verbal).
  • Significant people, organisational, and analytical skills (including attention to detail).
  • Proficient Computer Software (SW) Skills:
  • Apple Mac equipment and operating systems
  • Overall Business SW (e.g., MS-Office Suite)
  • Specific Functional SW (e.g., Abode Design Suite, Acrobat plus QuarkXpre
