As part of our UK sales team, our Sales Management Trainee will complete field and internally based practical placements including national accounts, franchisee coaching and business planning, sales support, sales communications, plus franchise recruitment, and your first major project will be the launch and roll-out of our business management tool, ATLAS Pro.

Our sales management training programme will open doors for our trainees across the organisation, helping you develop the skills needed to drive your Autosmart career.


Our Sales Management Trainee will:


  • Learn how to plan, execute, and deliver businesscritical sales projects
  • Develop lifelong leadership and coaching skills
  • Create, design, and deliver engaging training materials
  • Identify and win key account business
  • Recruit new franchisees
  • Gain an indepth understanding of business financials
  • Make a difference to our customers every day
  • Aspire to become a future leader

Our Sales Management Trainee will have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a trade sales environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including presenting
  • Exceptional relationship building skills, and the ability to bring people along with you
  • A creative flair, and business acumen
  • The ability to prioritise and organise to maximise success
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • An open approach to learning and personal development, and understand the value to be gained from effective coaching and training
  • Experience of leading or coordinating projects
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a desire to succeed
  • Flexibility and a willingness to travel for business and training
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Degree level education (or equivalent)
  • Live within one hour commute of Crawley, Gatwick
