The company has a stimulating opportunity in its
Business, Financial & Investor services practice area focused on research, consulting and sales.
The role requires the Senior Consultant to conduct primary/ secondary research; aggregate qualitative and quantitative research to deliver high quality analysis; provide advisory support to our clients; bid/ close consulting deals; showcase our value proposition and generate new leads; expand our reputation around our successful work in IPO; and build our presence further with PE firms, insurance companies, retail banks, and the public sector.
Responsibilities:
- To conduct primary/ secondary research and aggregate qualitative and quantitative analysis
- To translate research data to actionable results in order to provide meaningful, advisory support to our clients
- To conduct financial modeling work as required
- To collaborate with our broader global advisory teams and manage project engagements as required
- To develop a sufficient understanding over time of the clients and the industry sectors that they are a part of
- To collaborate with account executives on business development efforts
- To develop winning proposals, design project plans, manage projects for high quality delivery
- To develop relationships with our core client base
- To train and lead junior consulting team
- To support F&S marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
Experience Required
- Proven professional services and advisory sales experience (5 years+), with a strong track record of success (new business development, project management consulting, team management, and relationship management)
- Ability to meet and exceed set targets
- Previous experience in strategy, advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, operations, marketing
- Experience or interest and understanding within the Business & Financial services industry specifically, transaction process and decisionmaking within Investment Banking, M&A/Corporate Finance advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management, etc.

- Strong analytical skill in translating research analysis to actionable recommendations/ strategic insights
- Workshop skills
- Motivation to identify, generate, and close new business opportunities, grow existing accounts (upselling and crossselling solutions) and exceed targets
- Strong business acumen with the ability to forge and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external clients and the ability to target new business
Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills with complete fluency in the English language:
- Ability to work autonomously but also able to collaborate with local and global teams
- Proven experience working with CRM tools as well as MS Office and social media platformsie Linked In and Zoom platforms
- A consultative manner and an understanding of business to business service sales process/structure
- Other European languages are a strong advantage, given that we work with clients globally
Must have the right to work in UK
Qualifications
- A degree level education or equivalent experience
- Master's degree in business administration preferred
