Customer Experience Team Member

  • As part of our _
    _Customer Experience Team__, you'll make this happen. The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you'll offer the highest standards of customer service and care. You'll ensure we meet our financial targets by making customers want to return and by selling products and packages on the night, ranging from traditional programmes and ice creams to exciting new cocktails in our luxury bars._
  • Full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging. You'll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team, working in our unique theatres with an everchanging programme of events._
Shifts are mostly available during weekends and weekday evenings, with occasional weekday matinees.

_ If you are successful at interview stage, you will be required to attend an Assessment and Induction Day on Tuesday 3rd or Thursday 5th October - starting at 11am for approximately 3.5 hours. You will be required to bring your Right to Work document(s) with you at this stage._
