Corporate Tax Director/Partner

Search are delighted to be exclusively partnered with this leading, independent and award winning practice firm to appoint their new leader for Corporate Tax.

Your main client base will be a mix of OMBs, SMEs and some large corporates.

This firm puts their staff and culture at the centre of what they do.

This is a newly created position as a result of continued business growth.

The role would suit a Corporate Tax Professional who is looking for a fresh challenge and the autonomy to build upon the existing team in line with the ongoing growth.

Duties:

To work alongside the other Tax, Audit and Corporate Finance Partners to maintain client relationships and bring onboard new clients
To support the National Tax Leadership team in identifying and delivering tailored tax advice and solutions for clients
To deliver consultancy services and business development to drive higher fees
To manage, mentor and develop junior tax members in the team and hire new tax members
Play a lead role in delivering complex tax advisory projects
Identify opportunities within the existing client portfolio and target new work opportunities
Draft budget and plans for each piece of work
Undertake the required risk management for all projects
Direct line management of Tax Seniors and Tax Assistant Managers
