Looking for a unique role and something more than a standard Accounts Supervisor?

A Top 10 Practice are looking for a Financial Reporting Supervisor. Their busy and fast-paced Business Services and Outsourcing team.

You'll work in a vibrant and modern office environment (although agile working has now been introduced) to hone your financialreporting skills and help to drive the development of the Financial Reporting team.

As a Financial Reporting Supervisor, you will:
Work on a variety of outsourcing, compliance and advisory work wilst helping to drive the development team. Working on a large variety of clients largely within the SME space.

Produce financial statements under a range of accounting frameworks including FRS 102 and IFRS
Take the lead on more complex projects
Support the manager team with reviewing statutory accounting and management accounts projects
Contribute to business development activity including supporting managers with preparing pricing for new opportunities, meeting potential clients and collaborating on the daytoday management of the pipeline of opportunities
Provide support to the management team on departmental issues including coaching and providing feedback to more junior members of the staff
Ensure compliance with the stream's policies and procedures and the firm's risk management procedures

As a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager, you will need:

ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role, including delivering statutory accounts preparation or audit services to large businesses
Excellent working knowledge of FRS 102 and related financial reporting requirements
Significant previous experience in preparing multientity consolidations
