How will you make a difference?:


As a
Training Administrator , you will be responsible for booking internal and external training courses for the UK and Ireland.

You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure all required training is in date, ensure that all relevant databases are kept up to date with learning history and course dates.

You will provide administrative support for the Haslingden training centre.

Whilst no two days are the same, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Work to ensure seamless coordination between all training administration positions.
  • Proactively ensure courses do not expire by maintaining the training databases, booking courses, and communicating with our training providers and the wider Nordex company.
  • Keep the training databases up to date with the latest information including booking data and course completion certificates.
  • Arrange training, equipment orders, IT requests and other tasks for new starters joining the company.
  • Update the trainer and training facility calendars as required.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the technical trainers.
  • Receive and assist all visitors at the Haslingden Training Centre.
  • Answer the Haslingden Training Centre phone and assist with all queries.
  • Liaise closely with the Nordex Global Technical Academy (Hamburg, Germany).
  • Order training materials and other supplies for the Haslingden Training Centre.
  • Raise all training related purchase orders as well as other purchase orders as required.

To succeed you will have the following:

Administration experience:

Relevant work experience in an administrative role or office management position.


Organisation - You must have the ability to use your own initiative, prioritise tasks, work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.


Adaptability - You will have the ability to work in an environment of continuous change and different challenges. With a positive attitude and willingness to learn, lead, and improve.


Confidentiality - Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and address sensitive situations.


System Savy - You are computer literate and confident in using MS office.


Education - Educated to A level or equivalent.
