WHAT TO EXPECT
Want to be a part of a central role in JLR's transformation into a skills-based company and the continued development of Electrified Propulsion systems?


You will be a part of something really special that is happening here at JLR, this role will help shape the future company strategy by providing expert knowledge in the field of 1D Electro Thermal Fluids
CAE and analysis delivery.


As the Chapter Lead you will be responsible for the coaching, mentoring and career growth of a group of 1D Electro Thermal Fluids analysts and their allocation to EDU, ICE & Battery product squads.

You will ensure the successful validation of JLR Powertrain Units & Systems through the delivery of 1D analysis and customer models in support of the virtual processes across Powertrain.


Some Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities will include:
Provide mentoring, skills development and technical guidance to Chapter members.

  • Ensure all Technical issues and Impediments internal to the Chapter are communicated and escalated.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Essential

Ability to develop and mentor a group of Engineers with a clear vision towards a unified set of objectives.

  • Degree or relevant equivalent experience.
