Darktrace Education offers global training services that allow our customers to rapidly learn how to use and get the best value from Darktrace solutions.

With over 8,000 customers worldwide, Darktrace is looking for a Training Administrator to join our training team.

Thousands of our customers, partners and internal employees attend our regular public webinars, private training sessions and certification exams every year.

The Training Administrator is a crucial role in the team to support the coordination, administration and tracking of all training activities we run as a team.


This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract based out of our Cambridge Office, with expected attendance of 2 days a week. We are looking for this position to start May 2nd 2024.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to our VP of Education this exciting and diverse role touches on all aspects of administering a global education service, including:

  • Booking and setting up training events
  • Assisting with training enquiries
  • Managing schedules
  • Certification administration, including proctoring
  • Collating and managing customer feedback
  • Reporting/Tracking training events
  • Liaising with other departments to reconcile training records
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised
  • Has excellent prioritisation skills and has a collaborative nature
  • Helpful, flexible, proactive approach to work, a team player with a willingness to tackle both new and routine tasks and is accommodating to frequent change
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and selfconfident, with an excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills
