About Our Client:

A fast-paced and reputable University based in Central London.

The successful HRBP will be responsible for:* Supporting any change management and restructuring

Providing advice and guidance on a range of HR matters
Complex ER management
Assisting with any recruitment and HR project work.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful HRBP must have:

Experience of providing advice on complex ER cases and any change management
Experience of working within education or the public sector would be desirable.
