Outline of
role:


Working with M&E Installations Team whilst liaising directly with site personnel with installation of pipework / plumbing works and gas works, from first fix to commissioning.


Essential requirements to be successful in the role:

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Carrying out a range of commercial heating / plumbing installations
  • Carrying out & supervising a range of commercial heating / plumbing and gas commissioning works.
  • Complete workrelated activity documentation
  • Complete relevant H&S documentation to meet client & company procedure
  • Correct Reporting of any issues
  • Ensuring that site environment is to a good standar
  • Completion of schemes including the management of variations and snag
  • Permits to work for site specific activities to be adhered to appropriately

Skills and experience required:


  • Knowledge of Construction and M&E Health and Safety
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage labour
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work under pressure and to a tight program
  • A full UK clean driver's license
  • To have a good understanding of transforming commercial space

Qualifications

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
  • ACS Gas qualified desired not essential
  • CCN1 / CKR1 / HTR1 / CEN1 & CPA
  • Current SMSTS / CSCS qualification
  • Full Driving License
