Outline of
role:

Working with M&E Installations Team whilst liaising directly with site personnel with installation of pipework / plumbing works and gas works, from first fix to commissioning.

Essential requirements to be successful in the role:

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

Carrying out a range of commercial heating / plumbing installations
Carrying out & supervising a range of commercial heating / plumbing and gas commissioning works.
Complete workrelated activity documentation
Complete relevant H&S documentation to meet client & company procedure
Correct Reporting of any issues
Ensuring that site environment is to a good standar
Completion of schemes including the management of variations and snag
Permits to work for site specific activities to be adhered to appropriately

Skills and experience required:

Knowledge of Construction and M&E Health and Safety
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage labour
Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work under pressure and to a tight program
A full UK clean driver's license
To have a good understanding of transforming commercial space

Qualifications

City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
ACS Gas qualified desired not essential
CCN1 / CKR1 / HTR1 / CEN1 & CPA
Current SMSTS / CSCS qualification
Full Driving License
