Outline of
role:
Working with M&E Installations Team whilst liaising directly with site personnel with installation of pipework / plumbing works and gas works, from first fix to commissioning.
Essential requirements to be successful in the role:
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Carrying out a range of commercial heating / plumbing installations
- Carrying out & supervising a range of commercial heating / plumbing and gas commissioning works.
- Complete workrelated activity documentation
- Complete relevant H&S documentation to meet client & company procedure
- Correct Reporting of any issues
- Ensuring that site environment is to a good standar
- Completion of schemes including the management of variations and snag
- Permits to work for site specific activities to be adhered to appropriately
Skills and experience required:
- Knowledge of Construction and M&E Health and Safety
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage labour
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work under pressure and to a tight program
- A full UK clean driver's license
- To have a good understanding of transforming commercial space
Qualifications
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
- ACS Gas qualified desired not essential
- CCN1 / CKR1 / HTR1 / CEN1 & CPA
- Current SMSTS / CSCS qualification
- Full Driving License
