The Role:
You will assist with the planning, organising and controlling of all activities within the catering department and associated areas, in accordance with Trust requirements.

What we'll need you to bring:
- Training and or qualifications required: Numerate, literate and practical.
- Manual Handling
- Health and Safety
- COSHH
- Fire Safety
- Human Resources Policy and procedures.
- Absence Management.
It would be great if you also have:
- Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate
- Practical competencies in catering duties and leading a team
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of food safety
- Ability to follow instructions, policies and procedures

Location and Working Pattern:
This role will be based in Catering L71110 department within University Hospital Monklands.
The working pattern for this role is: 3 week rolling rota, 5 over 7 shift patterns 7am-3pm or 12-8pm
