Development Team


Gerrard White is currently working with a leading Global Workforce Solutions provider, seeking a QA Tester to work alongside the development team in setting up patterns in functional, manual and automation tests.

This is an opportunity to work on an excitinggreenfield project, within a progressive and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities will include

  • Ensure firstline support for production environment is well functioning and operative
  • Contribute to the monitoring of production environment
  • Troubleshooting software issues
  • Developing innovative solutions around functional testing
  • Attending developer meetings
  • Participating in code reviews and quality assurance activities
  • Participating in estimation discussions with the product team
  • Continually improving skills
  • Follow good testing patterns and practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (STEM)
  • Knowledge of basic programming languages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
