    About the job

    Earn £5K–£15K/month closing high-ticket offers in the UK construction niche.

    We generate 150+ leads weekly from paid ads, and we're looking for an A-player closer who's hungry, disciplined, and ready to win.

    Our hight ticket offers - £7.5K, £15K, £24K and £40K. Market Potential £10M/year. We are the only company in the UK with no competition


    You'll be working directly with Sviat Jay (founder of Craftex Ltd — 7-figure construction company since 2015 — and BizMentor Ltd — mentorship brand since 2020) and Simon, our Top Sales Lead, who will personally train you through the ramp-up phase and help you hit targets fast.

    We've got strong experience both as a construction business and as a mentorship program, and we're scaling fast.


    We're not another "online course" with cold leads — this is a proven business with serious infrastructure, results, and strong demand.


    Our leads come through:
    Paid Instagram/FB ads
    Personal brand & industry reputation
    Our VSL funnel (they're warm but not always fully qualified)


    We deliver crazy results for clients — for example, Ghennadii went from £2K/month to £13.5K/month profit in just 2 months.

    WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
    1. 8%+ commission on cash collected as a closer (total up to 12% as full circle rep)
    2. 4%+ commission on cash collected as a setter

    • During the first month, you'll handle both setting and closing to fully understand the system
    • After the ramp-up period (approx. 4 weeks) and based on your KPIs, we'll discuss moving you to a pure closing position

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Remote in-house closers only (no agency reps)
    • Our calendar is open from 9 AM to 9 PM UK time, but you're not expected to work 12 hours straight. Most calls are booked in the afternoon and evening, so you can manage your own schedule — for example, work a few hours in the morning for follow-ups, then take a break and jump back in for evening calls. You just need to be flexible and ready to work evenings when needed.
    • KPI: minimum 5 units closed per week (20+/month) at £7.5K+ price point
    • Must be UK/EU-based — don't apply if you can't match UK hours
    • Native or fluent English (Russian is a plus) no heavy accent
    • Previous high-ticket online sales experience required at least 1 year (do not apply if begginer or just entering High Ticket Sales)
    • Experience selling business offers are welcome
    • Don't apply if you're lazy or rely only on inbound — this includes outbound & follow-ups

    Bonus:
    experience in cold calling

    Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
