Flexible Worker Contract

Location:
Remote**
About the role
We're excited to be looking for an
English Examiner within our
Functional Skills team on a flexible worker contract.


How you'll make an impact:


  • Marking external assessments as required and submit results using our systems within set timescales
  • Reporting suspected malpractice or safeguarding concerns to the Assessment Delivery team
  • Attending examiner standardisation and training events, and other meetings as required.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of NCFE assessment materials, learner evidence and learner details, and report any breaches to the Assessment Delivery team

We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • A professional English qualification (at Level 4 or above)
  • At least 3 years current/recent teaching experience in English at level 1 & level
  • An understanding of effective quality assurance mechanisms
  • Have the ability to work consistently within tight deadlines
